No guarantee that show quality will place in show and no guarantee breeder quality to be fertile or be able to breed in the future.
If
purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay
this cat between the ages of 6 to 9 months after birth, or
within thirty days after purchase if this is an adult cat, and
guarantees this cat will not be used for stud or breeding.
Happy
Hollow Cattery does not make any guarantees against FIPV in
your cat/kitten due to the
high rate of positive readings that can occur with the
testing. If you have your cat/kitten vaccinated
against FIPV or Felv, any further testing could show false
readings suggesting your cat could possibly have FIPV or
Felv even though it may not. If your cat/kitten
receives this FIPV or Felv vaccination, this guarantee will
be null and void:
The
buyer has a three day period to have the kitten examined by
a licensed veterinarian. A dated copy of your
veterinarians health assessment must be received by Happy
Hollow Cattery within 10 days of receiving your cat/kitten
or this guarantee will be void. If there is a genetic
problem, a written statement by the veterinarian on his/her
letterhead identifying the problem must be given to
Happy Hollow Cattery. The cat/kitten may then be
returned for a new kitten . The buyer will be
responsible for transportation and any related costs.
Failure to have the cat/kitten examined by a veterianarian
within the stated amount of time, or any evidence of abuse,
neglect, or mishandling releases Happy Hollow Cattery from
any responsiblity regarding the cat/kitten.
Happy
Hollow Cattery will not be responsible for any vet related
expenses under any circumstances.
Price
(and shipping costs if needed) must be paid before the
cat/kitten can be picked up.
A
non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a
kitten. The total purchase price (and shipping if
needed) must be paid before the kitten can be shipped.
If you are picking up your cat/kitten you must pay the
balance in cash when you pick up the cat/kitten. The
deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price.
We
have the right to refuse the sale of and cat/kitten for any
reason. We only want our special cats/kittens to go to
loving homes or small in home catteries where they will
receive lots of attention and care.
Shipping
is available. Price will be determined at the time of
purchase. Shipping costs include an airline certified
pet carrier, a health certificate from our veterinarian
stating your cat/kitten is in good health for flight and has
received all necessary vaccinations and your cat/kitten
comes with a blanket for comfort during flight. Of
course, weather permitting.
You
will receive CFA registration papers after proof from a vet
stating your cat/kitten has been spayed or neutered if
purchasing as a pet.
